Put up RE/MAX yard sign and two other sign riders so buyers can get accurate information fast.
The first rider under the RE/MAX sign with a special 800#. Buyers call and they hear a detailed description of your home with everything but the sales price. All they have to do is punch "0" and they will be conneted to me directly. What if they don't punch "0"? The system calls me! It captures their # and I call back right away. This system lets me speak with the prospect right when their interest is at it's peak, right in front of your property! Very few agents have this technology because it is expensive. This technology has produced several closed buyers since I have had it in the last 6 months!
The second rider is your homes domain name!! It reads www.YourAddress.com. People can go there and get a very detailed discription, where schools are, a map, an arial view, a photo tour and all the room dimentions plus a lot more features! It is a wonderful tool and I have sold homes because of it.
Enter your home with digital photos on my website at www.barbarahomes.com that will be instantly e-mailed to all the members of my site. Yes, I have people who use my site for information and listings!
Broadcast e-mail all my buyers on my separate buyers site about your home with photo and all information and directions to the address site.
Reverse match in MLS for Realtors with buyers who match your home type and price range, and e-mail a flyer to them of your home.
Make a flyer for your home with photo for agents who show your home to give to their buyers with full print out of your home and all the necessary riders to purchase attached. They can write a purchase offer with all the necessary paper work right easily!
Make a flyer to give to each agent at the next office meeting and e-mail them the link to the address site.
Make feature cards and place them around your home so we can highlight all the things we want buyers to notice about your property.
Let neighbors know home is for sale with a photo flyer of your home(with your permission).
Set up a tour for agents in the area and agents in my office with a catered lunch that I provide.(with your permission).
