I am a life long resident of Chicago and have lived on the north and northwest side from Rogers Park to Jefferson Park for my whole life. I love this town! The hussell and bussell of Chicago city life invigorates me! I own an historic Chicago bungalow with the stained glass, picture rails, oak flooring and beautiful fireplace that make them a much sought after home! My husband and I have three wonderful dogs that run the house and a very nice garden in the summer. I love old movies and own quite an assortment. I also like to travel and eat out which is easy in this wonderfully diverse city. I came from a distributor of wire and cable and worked my way up to the number 1 sales person at the company in 1985. I wanted to do a more personal type of sales and real estate was a natural, so I began my career in 1986 and haven't looked back! Customer service at a higher level is something that I am always trying to improve upon and tweek to get it to the next level. I also must say, that I am a very fortunate person, because I don't have a job. It is not a job when you love what you do, and I truly love what I do! I wake up each day ready to help people reach their goals for home ownership and along the way make wonderful friends and lasting relationships.

Real Estate Contracts >Completing The Sale
Some buyers and sellers arrive at the closing feeling terrific about the transaction. They like each other, their new home, their real estate agent, and even the lender! Others feel completely stressed out as a result of the transaction process. Whether you are the buyer or the seller, you can play a part in determining which of these scenarios characterizes your closing.
The professionals who are involved in real estate transactions work hard to make things go as smoothly as possible, but the quality of the transaction often depends not so much on what happens, but how you react to what happens. If you communicate confidence in the professionals who are helping you, the atmosphere will remain positive even if there are complications to be worked through. Real estate transactions are inherently complex. One of a real estate agent's most important responsibilities is to complete the sale, even if everything that could possibly go wrong occurs.
